Mid century design is usually more my style but I do have a bit of a soft spot for the 80s aesthetic of clean fonts and the occasional faux woodgrain. Just finished fixing this stereo this weekend, currently using it to listen to NPR at work.

@ajroach42 Yeah. I particularly like the use of a green LED as the tuning dial pointer, hidden behind some printed lines so you can't see the PCB through the dial.

@lroop that is so wonderfully physical. Sure there's electronics inside, but its all manual knobs with scales clearly printed on

@patterfloof Yup. It's entirely analog as well. There are a few ICs in it but they're all analog audio and RF stuff. No software to require updates, etc.
