My lease is up at the end of the month, and I've secured a place to move!!! I'm excited to live in a queer house in my favorite neighborhood. :)

I could use some help with moving expenses. $700 is due by the 20th of March at the very latest in order for me to move in, the remainder $800 of my larger goal will go towards moving expenses + getting a new bedframe and such.

I want to pass along some of the bras I don't wear anymore and I saw a reddit thread where people post sizes they have and sizes they need, so folks can find each other, which seems like a cool idea. Wanted to offer here first, because it feels more obvious here: your gender is not my business.

I'm happy to DM with you and send photos of what I have and if anything appeals, I can mail it to you, if you're in the US I can probably afford the shipping.

Zero judgement. I know this stuff is expensive and it's so hard to find sizes and styles that work for any body and in person try-ons are not for everyone.

Nothing I'm offering is super well used, but nothing is new. Also, nothing is particularly femme, as far as bras go. Some have underwire, some don't.

Hopefully these might be more comfortable or useful for you than me.

it is NEVER a good idea to use spicy payment notes like "death to America", "Luigi every CEO", and so on, when donating to someone.

you could get them locked out of their account for any number of dubious reasons, and without recompense. PayPal, for example, is famous for closing accounts on the flimsiest of suspicion, and stealing the balance within.

just don't do it. either pretend it's to make up for a personal debt (e.g. by using a food emoji), or generically wish them well, or make up some nonsense words and reuse them for everyone.

edit: this includes promotion of anything unjustly illegal, e.g. "sex work is work". payment notes are NOT the place for advocacy. make no mistake, they are scanned for keywords.

Reminder that Firefox has a pathway to specifying some settings, including ones not exposed to users any other way, with a config file stored on disk.

They call it enterprise policies but anyone can use it by just putting a file in the location indicated on that site.

You can disable entire features, opt out of Telemetry before your first launch of Firefox on a new install, declare you never want to be part of studies, turn off their ML integration and keep it off, force about:config preferences in a way that can't be "accidentally" reverted, etc.
