Somehow, I've never seen the original Walkman logo until today. Incredible.

A label, box, or other packaging for an old Walkman. It's a light (sky) blue rectangle with a thick white border. The upper-left reads "Sony stereo cassette player TPS-L2." The bottom has a thick horizontal dark blue stripe, with "Walkman" (in all caps) right on top. The "Walkman" logo is a goofy hand-drawn thing that looks a bit like it's a balloon animal. The two "a"s each have legs descending down into the blue stripe, with white sneakers, and motion lines. Above the logo, it reads "walking stereo with hotline."
A full-page ad for the same TPS-L2 Walkman, in Japanese. It includes the logo, and illustrations of overly happy people doing things (skateboarding, throwing a frisbee, relaxing in a hammock, running, riding a tandem bike) while listening to their Walkman.
