Raise your hand if you have a stripped back workout routine that you do when you just don't have the motivation/energy to do a full workout. I've got this condensed set of exercises that hit all the important things in the least amount of time that I do when I'm just not feeling it but don't want to completely skip it.

@ols That's more than my condensed workout :). Might want to move skull crushers the end of the list. I would think crushing your skull might put an end to the workout :-P.


@kelbot Sounds like a good plan. I usually end up splitting my workout across two days, or in the case of when I was sick this last week, three days.
That only works if you're not already working out every day, of course. (I'm currently doing 3x or 4x per week.)
